The double spiral is a traditional symbol for An Dagdha in Celtic tradition.

I try not to actually get out all the imperfections when I clean up after casting because I think it adds a unique character to the piece. The dark patina imparts an ancient look that I find appealing. The mix is 90% copper with 10% tin. This is a similar ratio to what was used in weapons of the time. These are $40.
